Beginner Handstand Class with Bryony
Come and learn how to handstand no matter if you've never tried since childhood or have been wanting to learn how to get upside down for some time now! All abilities and ages welcomed as we go through a set of drills to make you strong as well as how to kick up into a handstand. All with an experienced handstand coach that has been vegan for 9 years and proves that strength, flexibility and recovery has all elevated within the vegan diet itself!

Why We Need To Love Pigeons
Our engaging and thought-provoking talk introduces audiences to the different types of pigeons in the UK, with light-hearted participation (yes, including pigeon coos!). We explore why feral pigeons live on our streets, how human history shaped their lives, and why they need our help today. From stringfoot and feeding bans to harmful misinformation, we highlight the real issues affecting pigeon welfare — and the practical work being done to protect them.
We also address pigeon racing and why we believe it is exploitative and should be banned in the UK. The talk concludes with an invitation to join the National Pigeon Advocacy Association and be part of a growing movement for compassion — because learning to respect the wildlife in our towns and cities can be the first step toward greater kindness for all animals.
