3:00pm: STRALA YOGA with Dominika Huterova

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MATS (We can store these for you while you look round)
Strala combines the movement wisdom of tai chi with the forms of yoga, tai chi, qigong, and Traditional Chinese Medicine, as a way to help people release stress, heal, and move more easily through all kinds of challenge.
Strala was created by Tara Stiles, drawing on her background in classical ballet and choreography, as well as her long-time practice in yoga. The science and movement of Strala is also guided by Mike Taylor. Mike studied mind-body medicine at Harvard, and complementary medicine at Oxford. He has practiced Eastern movement and healing, including tai chi and qi gong, for 30 years.
Strala Yoga is a revolutionary approach to guiding feeling and movement, which gets people radiantly healthy, free, creative, and happy. It is a movement system guided and fueled by the breath. Every inhale lifts and expands and every exhale moves you further. Strala is designed to activate your body’s Relaxation Response – a chemical cascade responsible for overall health, healing, and wellbeing. All Strala classes move slowly and continuously, guided with deep breath and easy-going movement from your middle, so from your belly and hips. The body moves naturally and with easy natural movements, we get to know our bodies and minds. This is yoga that moves far beyond poses, you’ll get strong, let stress go, accomplish tremendous challenges with ease and get healthy and happy from the inside out!
