Are you going to sell food?

• All items sold must be 100% vegan - this includes all food, drinks, and products offered at your stall. Non-vegan items include but are not limited to:

- Any animal products (meat, fish, poultry, dairy, eggs, honey, gelatin)

- Animal-derived materials (leather, wool, silk, fur, down, suede)

- Products tested on animals

- Cosmetics, soaps, or toiletries containing animal ingredients

- Non-vegan alcohol (wines/beers processed with animal products)

- Any items containing animal-derived ingredients or by-products


• You are not permitted to advertise, display, or have any non-vegan literature, images, or promotional materials on your stall. This includes logos, branding, or marketing materials that promote non-vegan products or businesses.


• Any smallholder found to be selling non-vegan items or displaying non-vegan advertising materials will be asked to leave the event immediately and will be banned from all future events.


• The stall fee acts as a non-refundable deposit. Your booking is not confirmed until cleared payment of the stall fee is received.


• We will be taking photographs during the event and of stalls for promotional purposes. These may be published on our social media channels and website. If you do not want your stall to be included in photographs, please email us after submitting this form.
