Application Form

IMPORTANT INFORMATION – by completing the booking form you are agreeing to the following information:

  • Stalls will not be confirmed or booked until full payment has been made and public liability / food hygiene certificates have been received (when you book in we will send you details on how to send payment and provide the documents). No refunds can be given.

  • When you make payment please help us out by letting us know the date you pay and please use Bournemouth Vegan Festival and your stall name as the payment reference otherwise we will not be able to identify your payment.

  • All items being displayed including any flyers, magazines etc must be 100% vegan, containing no animal ingredients which includes wool and honey and they and no part of them must have been tested on animals. Advertisement of any non vegan items is not permitted.

  • No deep fat fryers or gas are allowed in the venue

  • No table cloths or extension leads are provided

  • EVERY piece of electrical equipment used including extension leads must be PAT tested and proof of this brought with you on the day of the event.

  • All rubbish must be bagged up and taken away at the end of the festival

  • There is no onsite parking available – vehicles must be unloaded and them immediately moved before stall set up is started

  • All food stall must have allergen information signs clearly displayed at all times

Are you going to sell food?

• All items sold must be 100% vegan - this includes all food, drinks, and products offered at your stall. Non-vegan items include but are not limited to:

- Any animal products (meat, fish, poultry, dairy, eggs, honey, gelatin)

- Animal-derived materials (leather, wool, silk, fur, down, suede)

- Products tested on animals

- Cosmetics, soaps, or toiletries containing animal ingredients

- Non-vegan alcohol (wines/beers processed with animal products)

- Any items containing animal-derived ingredients or by-products


• You are not permitted to advertise, display, or have any non-vegan literature, images, or promotional materials on your stall. This includes logos, branding, or marketing materials that promote non-vegan products or businesses.


• Any smallholder found to be selling non-vegan items or displaying non-vegan advertising materials will be asked to leave the event immediately and will be banned from all future events.


• The stall fee acts as a non-refundable deposit. Your booking is not confirmed until cleared payment of the stall fee is received.


• We will be taking photographs during the event and of stalls for promotional purposes. These may be published on our social media channels and website. If you do not want your stall to be included in photographs, please email us after submitting this form.
